Ensure your hands are washed, cleaned, and dried to avoid irritation.
Always clean your contact lenses immediately after you remove them.
Establish a habit of starting with the same eye. This way you won’t mix them up, since each eye has its own prescription.
Refer to your contact lens solution instruction guide for further information about how long to soak your contact lenses or how often you should change the solution if you don’t wear them every day.
How to Put on Your Monthly
Contact Lenses in 4 Easy Steps:
Wash your hands
Wash your hands with soap then rinse and dry your hands with a lint-free towel.
Check contact lens isn’t inside out
Put the contact lens on the tip of your finger and hold it up to the light. If the edges flare out, it's inside out.
Hold your eyelids open
Gently hold your upper eyelid with one finger and carefully pull down your lower eyelid.
Put on the contact lens
Look upward as you place the contact lens on your eye. Release your eyelid slowly and blink 2-3 times to allow the contact lens to settle. Repeat for your other eye.
How to Remove Your Monthly
Contact Lenses in 4 Easy Steps:
Hold your eyelids open
Ensure hands are clean and dry, then look up and carefully hold your eyelid with one finger.
Slide contact lens down
Bring your index finger to your eye slowly until you touch the lower edge of the contact lens. Slide it down to the lower white part of your eye.
Pinch contact lens gently
Use your thumb and index finger to pinch the contact lens gently and remove it.
Clean and store lenses
Make sure to clean and store your monthly contact lenses properly.
